Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no fees, no penalties, and no questions asked. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
What if my county isn't covered yet?
Contact us and we will prioritize your county. Most requests are fulfilled within 2 to 4 weeks. In the meantime you can subscribe to a nearby covered county, and we will notify you the moment yours goes live.
Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings — changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. You can also add individual counties to any plan at $49 per county per month, no plan upgrade required.
Is the data really from official government sources?
Yes. Every filing in your daily digest comes directly from official county clerk portals — the same government source where the business filed its DBA. We do not use third-party aggregators, resold lists, or data of unknown origin. You receive the freshest public records the county has published, delivered before your competitors have called.
