We add new counties every week based entirely on subscriber requests. This section explains what to include in your request, how long it takes, and what to do while you wait.
Include the full county name and the state it is in — for example, Maricopa County, Arizona or Wake County, North Carolina. If you want multiple counties, list all of them in one message so we can add them to the queue together.
Telling us whether you are in merchant services, insurance, payroll, or another field helps us understand the urgency and prioritize counties in high-demand markets. It also helps us tailor the confirmation when we notify you that your county is live.
Existing subscribers get priority in the county build queue over new requests. If you are already on a plan, mention the email address on your account so we can flag your request as a subscriber priority when we review the queue.
If you are requesting one county, chances are good you would also benefit from surrounding counties. List them all at once — we can often add multiple counties in the same build cycle, which means you get full territorial coverage faster than requesting them one at a time.
