Your first digest arrives the morning after you sign up. No credit card is required to start the trial — you only enter payment details if you decide to continue after the 7 days.
Yes — you can switch plans anytime from your account settings with no penalty and no cancellation fee. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated and applied to your next billing date. If you downgrade, the credit is applied forward. Most subscribers start on Local or Regional and upgrade naturally once they see the product working in their territory. There is no lock-in at any plan level.
Any county beyond what your base plan includes costs $49 per county per month, added to your regular subscription total. Add-on counties receive exactly the same treatment as your base plan counties — same 4am pull, same 7am delivery, same dashboard access, same CSV export. You can add or remove counties anytime from your account settings and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. There is no minimum commitment on add-on counties.
No penalties, no cancellation fees, no retention calls. Cancel anytime from your account settings and your subscription stops at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months on monthly plans, but we do not charge any additional fees when you cancel. If you are on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, please contact us directly and we will work something out.
Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at a 15% discount versus the monthly rate. The annual prices are Local at $84/month ($1,009/year), Regional at $212/month ($2,541/year), and Enterprise at $1,529/month ($18,348/year). You can switch from monthly to annual anytime from your account settings — the annual rate kicks in at your next billing date. Annual billing is entirely optional and monthly billing never expires.
Yes — we add new counties every week based on subscriber requests. Contact us at hello@fbnresources.com with the county name and state and we will add it to our build queue. Most counties go live within 2 to 4 weeks depending on how the county clerk portal is structured. We will notify you by email the moment your requested county is active. In the meantime, start a trial on the nearest available county so you can begin experiencing the product while we build yours.
Every filing in your digest was posted to a county clerk portal within the last 24 hours — we never recycle records, never batch weekly, and never include aged data. Our automated system connects to official county portals at 4am every weekday and pulls everything filed since the previous business day. Records are then cleaned, deduplicated, and formatted before your personalized digest is built and delivered by 7am. You can verify any filing yourself by visiting the county portal directly using the filing number included in your digest.
We monitor every county pull every morning. In the rare event your digest is delayed or missing, contact us immediately at hello@fbnresources.com and we will resolve it the same day. We know about most issues before subscribers do because our monitoring system alerts us automatically if any county scraper fails. In most cases your digest will arrive shortly after 7am if there was a minor delay — if it has not arrived by 8am, that is the signal to contact us directly.
Local and Regional plans are designed for individual sales professionals — one login, one digest, one county selection. If you have a team of two or three reps each working their own territory, the most cost-effective setup is individual subscriptions per rep rather than one shared account. Yes — the standard 15% annual discount applies to Enterprise exactly as it does to Local and Regional. Enterprise billed annually works out to $1,529 per month, saving $3,238 compared to 12 months of monthly billing.
